In a city sweltering with summer heat and escalating violence, you are one of newly incarcerated inmates on an island overrun by warring gangs in an America where their best solution to crime is to dump all criminals on Manhattan and wall it off from the world. With the emergence of a new warlord distributing bullets to his supporters, players must decide whether to make deals with the new kingpin Bullet-To-The-Head or risk trying to escape.
