So this is the first year our group was able to get a downtown room. I remember in the past people stating that you can "manage your reservation" and keep looking to see if there is an upgrade available. Is this still the case? Because when I click on the manage reservation button under "my housing" and enter the code given on my email and also listed under my housing tab, it claims it is invalid and will not let me manage my reservation...... has anyone else been able to access their reservation and "manage" it?
Look for the link under th he field you put in the code. This will pop up another place to enter your code for actual management.
