How 'Bout Them Sinkholes?

As far as I can tell from the Internet, the sinkhole at Illinois and Maryland streets is fixed.  Can anybody local to Indianapolis confirm this?  Is it really fixed or is it 'fixed,' as in 'good enough for government work?'

There wasn't a sinkhole at Illinois and Maryland.  They closed part of the street because they found evidence underground of an impending sinkhole.  They did some preventative maintenance to prevent another one from forming.

The sinkhole was at Pennsylvania and Ohio.  It opened up on July 4th and was repaired about 10 days later.

So is the impending sinkhole repair finished?  Is the street closed or partially closed or completely open and ready for 60,000 guests?

Yes.  They finished that project and reopened the roads.
