Can you drop an event from the online page?

I’ve got an 8:00 Friday event I want to swap for another 8:00 Friday event with the same event group. Is there a way online to drop the one event then add the other event?

 No, have to go to CS to drop event.  But, you can use the tickets you have as generics for the other event, up to face value.
