My two Thursday events filled up in 12 minutes, but there is still no location determined for them. Is that still pending or an oversight?

I have ran in the JW Marriott rooms the last several years. I was not sure if I was being moved to the field at Lucas Oil Stadium or not. I just need to know for planning and logistical purposes.

Locations for most RPGs are still pending, and will be updated as soon as possible.

Ticket sales are not directly related to locations.

You'll want to make sure that you are signed up for the EO/GM email list, as a recent newsletter (and forum post here) talked about when event locations will be finalized.

I know they are not, but I am in the Sagamore Ballroom just prior to my events and my potential helpers have to go straight to Lucas Oil Field and I was thinking I would be headed to the JW Marriott so I figured I would be hauling my gear by myself unless I too was in the stadium. That was all, hence the comment about logistics and such, no worries!
