Following Up With Players?

I was hoping to send a follow up message to my players informing them of our future events and give some contact information if they would like us to host events, etc.  But I don't want to violate the messaging guidelines as this isn't directly related to the specific event and could be regarded as spam.  Can someone please confirm?

Have you checked the event host policy or reached out to the support team? Bathroom Remodel Tacoma Wa

You need to email [email protected] or [email protected] (see the Event Host Policy ).  As a player I would prefer that my information not be given out to GMs, but you could always ask at your table for contact information to follow up later (as long as its optional)

Wow. What's up with the lots of deleted posts?

They're fake deleted posts by spammers. Each contains a hidden link. The forum is full of them.

They're posts by spammers that were deleted (whack-a-mole style) by your hard-working admins.
They shouldn't currently have hidden URLs in them (if you see some, drop me a line).

I just pointed them out. This very post contains six of them, and they’re rife throughout the entire forum.

Got 'em. Just edited the URLs out. Will do so with others as I see them.

I think the URLs were added post-deletion, though with Mike and I deleting posts, they could be original. (each one of us thinking the other did it).

B******ds.
