Bringing in equipment for a show.

I will have 5 cameras, 8 mics, a mixing board and lights for our shows at:ICC : 500 Ballroom
Westin : Grand Ballroom I
Iron Horse Bar.What do I need to know about bringing gear in and out of Gen Con.  - Thank you.

Did you happen to receive an answer on this? We'll be carrying similar equipment - I assume it's not an unusual occurrence & that Event HQ staff would understand, but would appreciate any knowledge you can share!

I was told getting gear in won't be an issue.  However set up times may be a big issue, if I have to set all that up in an hour.

That's not ideal at all - we have a room in common but the scheduling doesn't overlap in a way that we could help out / coordinate timing. Good luck!
