Title:
Intro to Creating Miniature Terrain
Short Description:
Learn how to create your own inexpensive model terrain for TTRPGs with foam, glue, and paint in this make and take class!
Long Description:
Whether it's a battleground for your wargaming army, an arena for an RPG with friends, or a book nook for your wall, this class will give you the skills to craft your own terrain! In this class we will create a small terrain piece for you to take home as we cover how to cut, texture, paint, and decorate basic materials like foam, cardboard, and toothpicks to look like dirt, stone, wood and more. All experience levels are welcome and all materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own brushes and palette if you prefer. As we work I'll be discussing more advanced techniques for those who want to get into model making more in the future so consider bringing a notebook! At the end the model will be fragile and you may want to bring a rigid container to take it home in. Please note, this class is not recommended for children as we will be working with sharp implements.
