Deep within the Monastery’s catacombs, a broad stairway sweeps down into darkness. Somewhere far below is a faint glimmer. Daylight? Could it be your long-sought exit from this nightmarish place?
Long Description:
After dispatching the lurking menace of the Monastery’s catacombs, your party still needs to find an exit. You find a stairway sweeping down into a wide, vast darkness. Somewhere far below, there seems to be a small patch of daylight visible. Could it be an exit? Or is it a mirage, a reflection of your lights, a trick of the eye, a wishful thought only? Or is it a lure to your doom? Only the most intrepid and determined adventurers will be able to escape the Mist Coast Monastery and defeat its presiding resident evil. While this is a stand-alone adventure, it is also the third of three sequential and interconnected Mist Coast adventures planned for Gen Con. If you like, you can sign up for multiple Mist Coast adventure events to get the feel of a mini campaign. We will be following the Original Dungeons and Dragons rules published in 1974.
