A member of your vampire-hunting party is on death's door after the effects of an ancestral curse have taken hold on him - could his salvation be found on the supposedly abandoned Ulfenkarn estate?
Long Description:
Crag Hythern has often been your party's lynchpin, wielding firearm and flame to destroy beasts of shadow. But his continued use of magick has apparently caught up with him - a generational curse placed on his family generations ago has come calling for his life essence, and he lies slipping quickly to darkness.
All standard healing expended, one option remains: the Ulfenkarn estate, nearby to your location and long thought abandoned, that could yield a desperate but viable solution. Legends of the family tell of experiments with wulfen lycanthropy between man and beast hybrids, and concentrated lycanthrope germ with various untold properties.
With Crag on the brink, questions race through your mind – Can you retrieve some lycan magick from the estate before time runs out? And if administered, will Crag be simply trading one curse for another?
