A mega game where players play roles from Captain to Clown. Help the reliant journey through space even though it's being held together by duct tape and a prayer.
Long Description:
Players will be roleplaying as the crew, in jobs ranging from Captain to Clown, all with individual goals but all supporting the overall mission of the day. The mission is left entirely up to the control team, you might be mining asteroids, attempting to transport dangerous material safely, or trying to stem the flow of a giant blob that is growing out of the engine. All this while keeping things Technically Within Parameters. Individual players are honest-ish workers aboard the Reliant—paid to do a job and theoretically capable of doing that job without setting anything on fire. In practice, the crew tends to operate on a “credits first, ethics later” business model. If someone realizes they can make more money smuggling a suspiciously wiggly biology sample off the ship than they’d earn in an entire shift of honest labour, well… the shift suddenly becomes a lot shorter, doesn’t it?
