Long Description:
The Blackboots gang has long been a rival of the players' gang. Now it's war between them, and the players have a chance to assassinate the leader of the Blackboots. The target will soon be taking a pleasure cruise down the coast, providing the players the perfect opportunity to cut his vacation short.
In Gangs of Century City, the players take on the role of gangsters in a prohibition-era metropolis. Players build their criminal empire, manage all aspects of it, and plan for bigger jobs to get what they need to expand. It's X-COM and 4X gaming meets gangsters in a Forged in the Dark shell.
