A few hours ago, scattered blackouts and power disruptions started occurring across the northern part of the city. The problems seemed to be coming from a substation off Franklin Street, but the crews sent in to investigate didn't report back. Then, multiple accidents were reported on Franklin Street, but the response teams sent in to investigate didn't report back. Now, you are being sent in. Something is going on. Something Unnatural. But... can you succeed where multiple others have failed, or will you just be the next people to succumb to the siren strains of The Lullaby?
