Actions are selected with an innovative new rondel system where the piece you move on the rondel determines one of your actions, and the place you land determines the other. Battles allow players to compete for resources, territory, and propaganda, which provides scoring multipliers. Everyone has something to gain every battle. Using 5 of the game's 10 scoring conditions provides multiple paths to victory. Will you focus on action economy through cybernetics, battle strength through weapons, expansion through recruiting soldiers, flexibility through creds, or are you the opportunist who will maximize the number of battles you participate in through the command action?
