Long Description:
The colorful port town of Kiterunner Quay is, on its surface, a safe harbor for sailors and a warm destination for travelers from near and far. But in the maze of lashed-together ships that make up the Fleetwalk, a criminal underbelly thrives. Here, pirates gather to fence stolen goods or hideout for a time. As such, the watchful thief can sometimes make a quick score by monitoring when and where goods move through town.
