I am still trying to get a downtown room.  I got a reservation north of Indy.  The 30th of this month is the last day to cancel the hotel.  After that date, will I still be able to switch my current reservation in the system to any other available hotels?

The hotel portal is open until July 17. May 30 is just when the cancellation fee increases. Switching hotels within the portal is not considered a cancellation.

Up to July 17th, you can use the hotel portal. There will be an  basketball stars increase to the cancellation cost on May 30. Making a hotel change through the portal does not constitute a cancellation.
