This class is designed for basic to intermediate hobbyists who want to improve their painting skills and better understand the techniques used to create striking tabletop miniatures.
Long Description:
Learn from 14 time golden demon winner Joe Orteza! Each student will receive a zenithal-primed miniature to paint during the class and take home afterward. Paints and brushes will be provided for use during the session, along with a painting guide that summarizes the techniques discussed so students can continue practicing on their own.
During the workshop, Joe will demonstrate several of his basic to intermediate painting methods and explain the differences between tabletop-quality miniatures and competition-level pieces. Students will learn how zenithal priming can help guide lighting and shading while painting.
