Can't return tickets

When I go to My Transactions, and try to return tickets, it pops up with the warning about system credit, but then doesn't do anything. I'm guessing this is a bug?

Yes. Return tickets from My Schedule page instead.

Oh, so that means I can't return tickets I purchased for others? That might be a bit inconvenient.
