Why is it, every time i log out and log back in, i have to 'acknowledge the terms of service' before i can access the forums??  Its getting annoying.

Same here.
 

There were a few changes to the Terms of Service recently, including the yearly update and a few formatting updates.  Each time they change it, even if they only add or remove a blank line, the system makes everyone agree to it again.  (This might be a place where they could use a "Minor Edit" checkbox like Wikipedia.)

That doesn't explain why I don't stay logged in when there aren't changes, but that's another thread.

If i just go to the individual thread, and click "sign in to reply" then enter my info, it works without the terms of service thing popping up, but still doesn't remember me..
