Question regarding Poster placement at GenCon

Hi guys!

I've built a hero-building game called HEXplore It which will launch on Kickstarter in March of next year.

We're running a promotion for our newsletter subscribers to win a free game. I'm wondering if there are any rules about having posters placed anywhere, or if there is a board where putting one up is an option?

Alternatively, I'll have small cards that can be given out as well.  I wanted to reach out here to ensure we weren't breaking any rules about this sort of thing.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

There is no flyering, postering or showbilling of any kind in or around any of the convention grounds, including the hotels. If caught, you may be asked to leave the convention and have your badge revoked, without refund.
