There is a new event opening that I'd like to get. However, I already have an event at that time. How do I refund a particular ticket? Is it too late to do so? I did not see a 'Refund" button or link anywhere on the Transaction or Packet screens.
I don't believe you can anymore; with prereg closed you need to wait to do it onsite.
Oh that sucks :( Pre-Registration isn't closed. I just bought a ticket to an event.
As of midnight last night, as noted in many emails and Facebook posts, pre reigstration closed. That means we start printing tickets, badge prices go up, and refunding tickets is no longer possible.
You MAY still buy tickets, up to, and including onsite, provided they don't conflict with events that you currently have tickets for, but they will be will call only.
