I haven't made a reservation on my badge yet, and yet I have this message on My Housing page:
Reservations remaining for the following badge holders:0

What's going on?

At this point you are better off not using the portal

I have the same message. I've been refreshing all day, so maybe I did it too much?  Will it reset for me so that I can keep trying for the next 190 days?

Did you purchase a badge on your account, or did someone purchase it for you? Only the purchaser gets to book rooms.
I would agree, contact support.

I called customer service.  They checked, and I still have a reservation available.  He didn't say this, but apparently if you click on the button to take you to the housing portal, it uses that slot on the GenCon website, but the slot is still available until you use it at the Q-Rooms/Passkey website.  At least I hope so.
