It's always best to give a bit of information in your post, rather than just a raw link - I took one for the team and clicked on it, ready to shut it down if it was a Rick-roll (or worse), but it's just an advertisement for Cincycon.

I thought it was a furry convention, based on the video, but I just looked it up and apparently it is a gaming convention.
