Last year someone created and posted some really cool Gen Con themed graph paper/note paper. I thought is was originally on Reddit. I took a quick look to see if he made an updated version for 2017 but no luck. 

Does anyone have a link?

You could always use a blue pen and turn the 16 into an 18 pretty easily.
