I've heard several people state they haven't had to sign for their packets in past years...this is bad. There is no way to enforce Gen Con's replacement guarantee when that happens. It will show up in USPS as having been delivered even if you never actually get your hands on the package. The signature confirmation is for Gen Con's benefit and our own. I wonder if these instances were an oversight by USPS or if these people just have really bad mail carriers....
