Do the packages for the Puzzle Packs (https://www.gencon.com/event_finder?search=puzzle+pack) have to be picked up at 9am on Thursday or can they be picked up any time after 9am?  Also do I have to preorder the tickets or are they likely to have enough that we can just purchase the packs with generics at the con?
