My friends and I are looking at skipping Gencon since cases are rising so much. We were wondering: is it possible to cancel the events we purchased? I didn't see anything on the event page, and I get that it's pretty late so cancellation might not be possible, but I wanted to ask. Thanks!

Electronic tickets can be canceled on your account right now. I think that physical tickets have to be canceled at the con.

Paper tickets have to be turned in at the Con for credit.  If you decide not to go, but know someone that's going, they can turn the tickets in for you.  The credit would go to your account.
