Why are the tickets bought for me not being shipped with my badge?

I decided to switch my badge from will call to shipping and then noticed that the tickets that have bought for me by someone else are still will call.

Is there no way to get them shipped to me? This makes no sense.

The person who bought them would have to ship them to themselves.
