Transaction page will not return a ticket to allow me to put a different event in that slot. Trying to flip two times on events I had and can't because I cannot return the first ticket.

Same here. Plus not all tickets bought show up on my schedule.
Ditto. System isn't responding to "submit" button on returning purchased tickets for system credit.
The Dev folk say:
"Looks like there’s a bug preventing tickets from being returned by the customer via their transactions page. We’re looking into now. Customers can return their own tickets via the schedule page."
I think I found an event listing to make my existing transaction work. But Hopefully they can fix this for others.
I need to return a couple things, but I'll wait.
Quick question, to return tickets, assume you click the 'return tickets' button and then after that select the tickets you want to return?
I don't want to click a button and have everything dump back to the system. That would be bad... :)
Yup that is pretty much how you do it.
