How to cancel a ticket?

I bought a ticket for an online rpg Friday event, but now I am not able to make it.  The game is full so I don't want to waste the space.  Is there a way I can cancel the ticket?

Do you have to cancel the whole transaction? I only want to cancel 1 event.
