When Will All Event Be Electronic Tickets?

I know the paper tickets are a large expense/hassle for Gencon, so I am wondering why E-tickets are not used in 100% of the events? Seems like the E-ticket system has worked well for the past couple of years.

They're still in the process of switching over. I presume that the COVID disruptions also didn't help matters.
