GM Badges Printing Thursday, July 14
GM badges will be printed this Thursday, July 14, so you have a day left to assign any remaining badges in time for them to be printed before the show. Anything assigned after that point will need to be printed on site at the convention and thus may not be ready for pick-up when GM HQ opens at 5 pm on Wednesday.
Remember: GM badges are not automatic, nor at GM badge allocations. You need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an allocation (confirming your group name, how many badges you need, and who is authorized to pick up and make changes to your badges onsite). Further, if you don't assign those badges to individual names in the system, they will not be waiting for you to pick them up at GM HQ.
Double-Check Event Details & Confirm Late Events
We're just a few weeks out from the convention, so make sure to double-check all of your event details. Is eventing in order? Have you spoken to us about your floor plan, if necessary? If you have any questions, now is the time to ask - not when you arrive onsite.
Almost all events submitted up through the last few weeks have been reviewed and placed. They will be Activated shortly, so confirm all the details now.
Do you want to try to expand any sold-out events or add new events? We do still have some space available, so get your details in now so we can reserve tables and get things active before everyone starts traveling to the convention.
