When will the request forms (GM Badge Allocation Request Form, Special Request Form, Complimentary GM Hotel Request Form, Self-Pay GM Hotel Request Form) be updated for 2020?
The GM badge request and special request forms have already been updated. They are linked on the Host page.
The hotel request forms will be updated later, likely after event submission has wrapped up.

Im still trying to nail down a handful of judges for Nascrag. Would it be better to wait until near the deadline and submit the GM Badge request once, or submit it now and then maybe need a few adjustments?
Remember that the GM badge request is just for the allocation, not for the individual badges.
If you know how many badges you'll need, just request those now. You can assign badges for folks that you know are 100% confirmed once that allocation is set up for you (likely in April) and anyone who is still uncertain you can wait until they are confirmed and locked in.
