I'm guessing that our trade day packets which will have all of our tickets will just be a "packet of tickets" and there will be no customer support in the JW for us to get more tickets or swap things out?
If so, I accept that; I will just have to schedule a few minutes to pop over and see customer support.
You will need to confirm with Trade Day directly to make certain, but I believe that is the case. If you want to return tickets or register for new events, you will need to do so online (and stop by Will Call later) or head to Customer Service in the convention center.
