We've finished all badge and hotel refunds for GMs for Gen Con 2016. You should have already received your badge refund, and you should have received an automated email when that happened. If you're requesting a hotel refund, you probably received an email indicating it had been processed, but you may not have, and the last of those checks was mailed today.
If you expected a badge refund, and did not receive one yet, please email email@example.com immediately with your account number, so we can look into it. If you requested a hotel refund, and have not received one by the end of next week, please also email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can double check to make sure we sent it to the correct address, etc.
