Marriott has the Courtyard at the Capitol (King with Sofa bed) rooms for $254 a night if you are in need of a room and want something downtown that doesn't cost $500. It is a walk or scooter ride though of about 1/2 a mile. They also have the Residence Inn next door for $313 for a Queen with sofabed or a 2 bedroom with 2 queens and a sofabed for $390. You can pay slightly more per night and get a rate that can be canceled.

Thank you!  This is a better setup at the Residence Inn than the Homewood Suites I had reserved before, and a bit closer for only about 100 dollars more total.  I will cancel my rooms at Homewood Suites if anyone is looking there still.
