Have you ever stood in the Will Call line for 90 minutes with NO A/C running in the ICC?  Ya the $10 extra bucks they squeeze out of me, little known fact but I hear next year Gen Con is going to start charging for air to breath, to avoid that hell. Yes I know people always say Will Call is not that bad by why risk it

Mistakes can happen. If there's anything wrong with my packet, I want to know and get it fixed a month before Gen Con, rather than be surprised on site and disrupt my Wednesday plans.
