I just received my badges for gencon 2018 and one of them is incorrect... it says that it's a 4 day badge like all the others but this one is printed on friday badge stock
. Who would I contact to get the correct badge? Thanks in advance
You should contact Gen Con customer service. Does what you received match what's on your My Packets page?

The badge is printed correctly and even says 4 day on the printed portion but the bad card stock is marked friday not 4 day like the others... I did not see a link to customer service on the app... where is it located?
