I will be travelling to Gen Con from Canada so I would really like to have my badge before making the trip and not deal with a "Will Call" situation. Can someone let me know what could be causing an issue with verifying my shipping address? Without the verified address I can't complete my transaction.
Hmm have you tried a direct call to customer service or an email? Immediacy of that method might be a bit faster. Good luck!
Very quick callback from customer service and it's because I'm located in Canada that I can't verify my address and get the badge shipped to me. Oh well. I guess I will be doing the "Will Call" thing after all.
