The Trade Day Marketplace was another success in 2024 and saw a record number of attendees getting a chance to engage with all the vendors who where exhibiting their products to the Trade Day audience. The Trade Day Marketplace will be back in 2025 and is designed for game publishers, manufacturers, and distributors with products that work in the classroom, libraries, therapeutic sessions, and retailer store settings.

The Trade Day Marketplace Rules & Regulations document will be updated for 2025 but please browse the 2024 Trade Day Marketplace Appendix D: Rules & Regulations so you have an idea of what to expect and what is expected of you when exhibiting in this space.

Thing To Know:

• To exhibit in the Marketplace, you must be game publisher, manufacturer, and/or distributor with product that relates to the core Trade Day audience.
• There will be an application submission period (approx. one month in length) to allow anyone/company interested in exhibiting, an opportunity to apply. The application will be available on this page.
• All applications will be vetted; you will be informed either way of your application status.
• Tables cost: TBD
• Trade Day Marketplace will be held on Wednesday, July 30 prior to the Gen Con Indy 2025 convention.

• Winter 2024: Trade Day Marketplace Appendix D: Rules & Regulations for 2025 available
• Late Winter: Trade Day Marketplace application submission - Open
• Early Spring: Trade Day Marketplace application submission - Close
• Early Spring: Application review & vetting
• Early Spring: Application status notification
