The Trade Day Marketplace is back for a 2nd year in 2024 providing space to bring more B2B opportunities to the Trade Day experience. Trade Day Marketplace is designed for game publishers, manufacturers, and distributors with products that work in the classroom, library's, and retailer store settings.

Read the Trade Day Marketplace Appendix D: Rules & Regulations 2024 document for all the details about what to expect and what is expected when exhibiting in this space.

Thing To Know:

• To exhibit in the Marketplace, you must be game publisher, manufacturer, and/or distributor with product that relates to the core Trade Day audience.
• There will be an application submission period (approx. one month in length) to allow anyone/company interested in exhibiting, an opportunity to apply. The application will be available on this page.
• All applications will be vetted; you will be informed either way of your application status.
• Tables cost: $800
• Trade Day Marketplace will be held on Wednesday, July 31 prior to the Gen Con Indy 2024 convention.
• Trade Day Marketplace is located in a high traffic, open space.

Key 2024 Timelines:

We will be adding specific dates once determined, for now here are is a general timeline.

• February 5: Trade Day Marketplace application submission - Open
• March 4: Trade Day Marketplace application submission - Close
• March 5 - 25: Application review & vetting
• Week of March 25: Application status notification
