When did you take those pictures?  I was out and about at roughly 8:30 AM yesterday and didn't see anything.  And I'm pretty sure I was in that area too.  Either I'm mistaken, or blind, or they went up a few hours afterwards.

They went up yesterday.

The myriad of photos posted yesterday aren't all photoshopped fakes.

I was downtown yesterday but I was on Delaware just wast of the Field house. Didn't see anywhere. Glad They are up!

I think I was going down from the office on the corner of Pennsylvania and Ohio, down Ohio Street, then down Illinois Street and up into the Circle Center Mall until I got to the convention center.  I always have trouble finding the convention center from the street.  I always have to use the Arts garden as reference.  On the way back I took Maryland > Illinois > Ohio (mostly the same route, but without going back through the mall or Arts garden).

I still haven't seen any banners in the section of downtown I travel on my daily commute.  I come in from the south along Madison, then veer slightly east onto Morris Street, then north on East Street until I reach my parking lot on New Jersey Street.  Then walk west down Ohio Street to the office on the corner of Pennsylvania and Ohio.

I saw a bunch just outside the convention center's Georgia Street entrance.  They were along a little promenade between Capitol Avenue and Illinois Street.

I didn't have a camera to take a picture, but maybe I'll snap some video of it, and the cavernous but empty convention hall, tomorrow.
