It was in some store in the nearby Circle Center Mall. I forget what the store is called, but I guess you would call it "a news stand".  It's right off the escalators just below the food court.  It might not have been for sale, but the business put it up there to attract GenCon attendees.

Just stopped by that store in Circle Center Mall.  Turns out the T-Shirt actually is for sale, for $15 each.

Went to the convention center too.  The booths for Customer Service and Will Call were in place.  I wish I'd brought a camera.
