We (Customer Service) will be processing refunds starting tomorrow 6/5. Probably about Noonish PDT. We might start earlier and we might start later. Really depends on our workflow.

100% understand it's a "when you have time" kind of thing. Would be really helpful to even have a 30 min heads up, or a new ETA, sitting here refreshing the page over and over, is hard, with it being a work day.
So even having a target time to dedicate 10-20 min to be ready would make this as equitable as possible.

Just an FYI we will be refunding these periodically all through the week.
And I hope you will continue to check, especially say the week before the convention, just to make sure no one later exceeds the event limit and if they did they will have the extras refunded?
