Refund event ticket?

In trying to organize an escape room event with my friends, I ended up with a event ticket I will not use because there were not enough spots open by the time others registered. Can this be refunded? I would rather someone who has it on their wait list get the chance to go

I think I successfully returned it. So nevermind.
