Can I buy a ticket for a friend, from my wishlist, if I have a different event at the same time? I have minors on my friends and family list. They want to do events that I dont want to do. When my wish list processes will it let me buy both event tickets.   

Yes, as long as the events are for different people, you can purchase overlapping events.  Make sure you check the appropriate boxes for each person when putting the events into your wish list.
