Its students are eager and full of promise, its faculty learned and worldly. Its graduates are doctors, politicians, and poets. But this Fall, something has changed. Shadows linger, and hang between the brick buildings in even the brightest day. Voices whisper, and breezes blow that seem not to touch the rows of corn or the arching maples.
