I was wondering if a person was able to add an event to their wish list for multiple days, if they are worried about not being able to get into an event, and then refund the unwanted tickets if they do happen to get in on more than one day?

Yes. You can return purchased tickets for system credit.

You also have two hours after your wishlist is processed before you have to purchase your tickets. You can remove events you don’t want before you purchase anything.
