I had a 12:07 time, got right into queue, and now it's been 22 minutes telling me I'm #1 in queue. If I reload, I lose my place, but if I stay, it might be completely bugged? What the heck? I had to reload... that couldn't be right. Now who know where I'll be in queue. Horrible Gencon... just Horrible.

If you're at #1 and it's not changing, refresh the waiting room and you should get through.

If that doesn't work & you continue to have issues, can you confirm your OS, browser, & version of both?
I was in Chrome in an incognito window (which, I always use... that shouldn't be an issue). I reloaded in a regular window and was 50th in line. It only took 3-4 minutes and then I got in. I realize in hindsight that it dinged, which I thought meant #1, but the sound means you've gotten in. If you don't see the housing portal open up very shortly after that ding, then you're likely bugged like I was.
Happened to a lot of people (including me two weeks ago). You just needed to re-enter.
