Last Chance to Check on Questions
We're onsite in Indianapolis now, starting to set up. This is your last chance to check on any questions or potential issues before the show starts and you'll need to stop by GM HQ or an Event HQ to go over any issues, and our options to troubleshoot issues at that point will be very limited.
- Have you confirmed your event tables?
- Are your events in order? Is everything listed properly?
- Are any of your events sold out (or nearly so) and do you want to try to expand any of them?
- Have you assigned your GM badges? Remember - if you have not requested an allocation and assigned the badges online, they will not be available for pickup at GM HQ on Wednesday night.
Send any questions or concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can so we have time to address them. If you do not receive a response before you arrive onsite, stop by GM HQ to follow up.
Confirm All Players Have Badges
Double-check to confirm that all of your players have valid badges before starting your events, and that they are openly displayed. Ops will be periodically checking events and nobody wants to have to interrupt the event for something as simple as a badge check.
