Know it could be a little early to know this, but usually before the con someone posts up a schedule of what food trucks will be there and when.  When does that schedule usually appear?  I love to plan out my food breaks around trucks that I wanna try out lol.  Thanks!

I think they usually wait until right before the Con to publish the "official" list, as they have to know not only the dates and times but also what streets (and in what order) they are on.
Here is the list of trucks I have seen mention on FB that they will be there (as of 6/26):

Karma Kitchen - Thu (D), Fri (D), Sat (D), Sun (L/D)

J&J A Taste of Home - dates TBA, but they make it sound like it's just Lunch

J's Lobster - Thu (D), Fri (L), Sat (D)

Naughty Lobstah (formerly Wicked Lobstah) - Wed (D), Thu (L), Fri (L), Sat (L)

Forking Perogi - Wed (D), Thu (L), Fri (L), Sat (L)

Sweet Tooth Ice Cream - Wed (D), Thu (L), Fri (L)
 

The GenCon Blog has the list of food trucks and when they will be operating, but not where (at least, not yet)
 

As a note, the Naughty Lobstah was Wicked Lobstah last year.  They had to change their name.

Also, may I make a suggestion? Put the opening and closing times in separate columns, and format them as times rather than strings - otherwise when you sort by time, it puts breakfast after lunch and dinner as 8 comes after 11 and 5 alphabetically.
